Complete simple fields

• Put your cursor in the field you want to complete or edit. Any sample text will disappear.

• Add or change the information in the field.
• Click button to save at the bottom of the page.

• Address any warning or error messages. Failure to address warnings could cause problems with saving.

RULE TO REMEMBER: Read directions carefully. Some fields accept numbers only and will not save if you enter dollar signs, commas, or decimals.

 Edit responses

• You can change your responses at any time until you submit your form.
• After that, the form fields are usually locked closed to further data entry .

NOTE: If you submitted a form with an incorrect entry, you will need to contact the agency directly to make a change. Some agencies allow for re-submissions.

Understand error messages

The system will alert you if you missed a required field or entered invalid information. It will save incomplete sections, allowing you to move on to other questions and then return. The system will not allow you to save invalid information.
