Add & edit personnel
- Click a role on the left navigation to view the person (and his or her information) assigned to that role.
- To change the person in that role or the contact information, click the Edit button.
- The box will open for editing.
- Click in the field box and type new information or edits.
- Make sure you have completed all required fields.
- Click the Save button.
- If you see red warning messages, your information will not save until you have correctly completed that field.
- Click the Save button again.
Add multiple users to a role
NOTE: You can add multiple people to the__________ roles. New users will be listed on the page in the order they are entered. You cannot add multiple people to any other roles.
- Click the Add-a-new-user button on the top right.
- A form will open for the new user.
- Follow directions above to complete this form.
- Click the Save button.
Delete personnel
NOTE: Users can be deleted only from roles that allow multiple users.
- Click the appropriate role on the left navigation bar.
- Click the Edit button for the user you want to delete.
- That user's box will open for editing.
- Go to the bottom of the page under actions.
- Click the Delete button.
Edits pending
You may notice red type noting that your changes are "pending" or "pending approval."Any changes must be approved by ACOTE, which will be notified on its side of this system that it needs to check your input. When ACOTE approves the changes, the red messages will disappear. If it rejects them, you will receive an email notification.
