The tables on this page are gateways to accreditation materials and forms. They provide an overview of ongoing accreditation activities and a link to more detailed information. Home is also an "action" page. Buttons appear when the next step in the accreditation process is an action, such as submitting or asking for an authorization.

Listing all members of your accreditation team, the Staff page is the place to assign staff, colleagues, or coworkers to roles and tasks in the accreditation process. On this page, you enter basic personal information, change passwords, create and edit roles, and enable and disable users.

The Profile page is where you enter and edit basic program and institutional information.

The first step in the Candidacy Application phase is to establish your program's eligibility for accreditation. This tab has four sub tabs to be completed as part of the Letter of Intent or LOI.

The default landing page for the Eligibility tab. This is a static page with instructions (Steps 1 - 4) on completing the Letter of Intent. Read this page before completing the next three tabs.

Here you write your Letter of Intent online. There are additional instructions on the page for submitting payment and meeting deadlines.

An online form completed in conjunction with your Letter of Intent. The form asks for basic information about your program and sponsoring institutions.

Your program might be sponsored by more than one institution. On this page you add information about additional sponsors.

The default screen for this tab is an overview of the status of all agency standards with links to each standard's page.

As part of the Candidacy Application, users respond to standards on each individual standard's page. Note that each page has the standard itself; instructions for response; text boxes; forms and uploads boxes; and a place to set the standard's status. Also on each standards page is a place for writing notes.

This is a static (non-changing) page with an explanation of the Candidacy Application as part of the ACOTE accreditation process and brief instructions for completing it.

On-line help includes tools for locating a function or feature, descriptions of how each function works, and descriptions of fields, their contents, and acceptable formats.
