ROSE is sent to the Board

1.       Admin can edit all sections of the ROSE

2.       Admin can change the scores

3.       Admin can see the Chair and CoEvaluator’s review comments

4.       Admin can edit the Chair comments

5.       Admin can see the Factual Corrections as read only

6.       Board Member can enter comment regarding the ROSE on the “ROSE Board Review” tab

a.       BM can only see ROSE

7.       Board Member can make decision recommendation on the Home tab.  And enter comment regarding the recommendation (accredited ..) add comment and Save Recommendation. (will also have a checkbox for "completed"

8.       Board members can do 6 and 7 until the Primary sends his/her completed review

9.       Primary Board Reviewer  can see ROSE and SVT comments. Can make final succgees. See Rose Board Reviewer and see other BoArd Reviewer suggestions.

10.   PBR can edit ROSE, upload items,

11.   PBR can see the Board Member comments

12.   SBR can also edit ROSE at the same time

13.   SBR can see the Board Member comments

14.   SBR can agree/disagree from home page (should the PBR indicate that his review is ready for the SBR to agree/disagree)

15.   PBR makes recommendation and sends to Admin (should the PBR wait until after the SBR has agreed/disagreed)

16.   Admin can see the PBR’s recommendation

17.   Admin can edit and upload on ROSE again (which is now the RAC)

18.   Admin can select final decision (might need to change email templates)
